We recently made a change to our delivery process that we feel like bragging about, just a little bit. Tomkinson BMW frequently delivers BMWs outside of Fort Wayne, and occasionally well outside the state of Indiana. Usually, it’s impractical to send a salesperson to demonstrate all the features of the BMW that the customer has purchased, and it’s difficult to communicate the features by phone.
